How the process works:

Designing and building your dream home, doing your tenant improvement, your strip mall, your basement…all these could be a struggle when you don’t move in the right direction.

Getting your building designed and built should be a fun process. Unfortunately, a few times I have met Clients who went through a nightmare during the design of their building….but it does not have to be like that.

At XELARC Studio we offer our Clients piece of mind since the very beginning, it is clear what our responsibilities are as designers and we work based on that fact.

This is how it works:

• We meet and talk about your dream project, what you want to build, your budget and specific architectural style. You can send us images of the type of buildings you like just for us to have a sense of your taste and preferences

• We start designing floor plans and volumes and then, we meet again to start discussion

• As we move on the design process, we offer a Virtual Reality tour so you can “walk” and “explore” your building

• At the moment you are happy with the design and give us the green light, we move on to the development permit stage and further construction documentation for building

 

We are connected to one of the best builders in the city. If you want, we can also help you with the construction stage.

• During construction, we still communicate with you and the selected builder in case any adjustment have to be done to your project

• …and done!!…..It is that simple!!
